1、the protection and safety of the liquid injection link

As a key process in the production of lithium battery, the effect of liquid injection not only affects the performance of the battery, but also restricts the production efficiency.


In the previous production process of lithium batteries, many cases can only use manual injection, long injection time, low production efficiency, and high labor costs will have an impact. Therefore, most manufacturers now use automatic injection machines to solve the above problems, but there will still be operator's misoperation of the injection machine, or the control system of the injection machine itself has problems, resulting in mechanical risks such as motors and cylinders.


Here is how to help customers to achieve the safety of the injection machine protection.

In the solution, the following design is made in combination with each safety door of the injection machine:


1、Use a safety interlock switch with locking function on the safety door;

2、install a non-contact safety switch.


Safety interlock switch, in line with ISO14119 and GB/T18831 standard interlock structure, with forced mechanical interlock self-detection structure, high reliability. Applicable to scenarios such as monitoring security doors and Windows.


The non-contact safety switch complies with ISO13849-1 PLe standard and IEC 62061 SiL3 standard, and has a dual-channel safety monitoring circuit design. Suitable for monitoring safety doors, safety Windows and safety control components.

In lithium battery manufacturing, the liquid injection process is only one of the complex processes in production. Equipment safety control systems such as welding, coating/adhesive detection, battery charging and other processes can not be ignored.
