EN Menshen series non-contact safety switch

The Shield-EN Door God series is a contactless safety switch specifically designed and developed for compact applications. It is usually suitable for monitoring safety doors, safety Windows and action safety components, which can effectively avoid injury accidents caused by operational errors.

Because of its flexibility and safety, non-contact safety switches are widely used in injection molding machines, CNC machine tools, packaging machinery, filling machinery, AGV, robots, elevators, intelligent forklifts, wind power and other applications.

360° all-round installation

As a new generation of non-contact safety switches, Shield-EN supports 360° rotating installation and can meet the needs of multiple angles. Whether it is 0~360° range, or upper and lower dislocation installation, it is also supported, with strong flexibility.

Dual channel circuit design

Shield-EN can simultaneously support 2NO and 2 groups of 300mA transistor PNP signal synchronous output, strong adaptation, more secure and reliable.

With 1A safe output current, the EN series can drive larger loads than the 65mA current output of a normal relay.

Support standalone or serial use (when using active models)

If multiple devices are connected in series to a single controller, it ensures that cost utilization is minimized and that each contactless switch complies with safety Level 4 (ISO 13849-1) without compromising safety levels.

LED light

The switch has LED light display, which can clearly observe the difference of the color change of the lamp from a distance, and quickly find fault diagnosis to support troubleshooting, greatly reducing the inspection and maintenance downtime.

Connection mode Optional

The EN Door God series has two connection methods, M12-8 connector and 3m integrated cable options, easy to connect.

Multiple styles available

Shield-EN offers passive magnetic coding, active magnetic coding, RFID universal coding, RFID independent coding and other styles, specific needs can be selected.

And the switch has remote monitoring, the maximum distance of magnetic induction type can reach: 13mm±2mm(ON- > OFF), 15mm±2mm((ON- > OFF))

The maximum distance of RFID sensor can reach: 19mm±2mm (ON- > OFF), 17mm±2mm (OFF- > ON), which can cope with complex field use environment.

High standard grade, high protection grade

The EN series complies with the PLe standard of ISO 13849-1 and the SiL3 standard of IEC 62061. After installation, the system can work normally and no regular inspection is required.

And with IP69K safety protection grade, can prevent dust intrusion at the same time, can withstand high temperature and high pressure water washing, strong and durable.
