Configurable safety relay DN1820

The Quanta series DN1820 launched by bytorent will be an indispensable style in the relay! The overall width of the DN1820 is 17.5mm, which can reduce the installation space by 33%. Two sets of universal digital input and output can also be used for PLC signal or external indicator output, which meets the maximum ISO13849-1 PLe standard and IEC 62061 SiL3 standard. Expandability

Unlike previous relays, the DN1820 itself is scalable. The device supports up to 3 levels of expansion, enabling up to 12 channels of secure input and 6 groups of secure output.

Configurable

In addition to scalability, one of the biggest highlights of the DN1820 is its configurable use.

4 groups of configurable fail-safe input, 2 groups of configurable fail-safe normally open safety relay contact output, 2 groups of configurable general input, 2 groups of configurable general transistor output, not only capable of simple and safe application scenarios, such as emergency stop, contact side, door lock can be mixed configuration, even complex security application scenarios, The DN1820 can also cope with extended features.

In order to facilitate user configuration, DN1820 provides two configuration interfaces to choose from, USB and NFC.

Method 1: Use the Quanta special data cable with USBType-c interface to connect the mobile phone to DN1820, and use the "Baianyi" APP to configure and download.

Method 2: Use a mobile phone with NFC function enabled, near the DN1820 sensing configuration area, and use the "Baianyi" APP to configure and download.

Users can choose different configuration connection methods according to their own conditions, online configuration, not limited to space and time, convenient and fast.

Digital tube information display

The DN1820 has a display. It uses a 2-bit 8-character digital tube screen to provide detailed diagnostic information, which is divided into 5 groups: device number, function configuration, over and under voltage monitoring, safe channel monitoring, and external or system failure.

If the display shows the code 01, 02, 03, this is the prompt to select the function number of the connected device; If P0 is displayed, the configuration is successful, and PE is incorrectly configured.
